At FLMS Foods new store development and acquisitions are aggressively pursued. With our core focus mainly in Central and North Florida in established trade areas, we are always exploring new areas and looking for sites where we can expand our franchised Dunkin Brands restaurants.
We develop our franchised Dunkin Donuts and Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins co-branded restaurants in spaces from 500 to 3,000 square feet. Our facility expressions range from traditional, stand alone restaurants, to strip center end caps and co-tenancy in high volume Gas & Convenience stores – mostly with drive thrus – to space efficient kiosks and counters in unique specialty retail environments. Dunkin Brands is constantly improving its designs to provide franchisees the flexibility and options to consider a wide range of locations.
Traditional sites suitable for our consideration are on the morning side of with high traffic counts, good visibility and easy in/egress, and solid demographics, with a minimum of 1,800 to 2,200 square foot building and a drive thru and a minimum of 20 parking stalls. End-caps in established strip plazas or clip-ons/extensions with a drive thru to existing high volume Gas & Convenience stations can also be viable sites. A relevant demographic profile in a prospective trade area is also a key factor.
